Freshmen Kinnus*/Fall Boards This dual convention is for Chapter Board Members and Freshmen. During the Board Member Convention the Chapter Board Members decide where to allocate the SA/TO money for the year; are introduced to the Regional Executive and General Boards; and learn more about board positions. The Regional and Executive Boards help Chapter Board Members with new ideas for programs and problem solve any issues. Simultaneously, the freshman have their own special programming created and run by the Freshmen Programmers. This convention helps freshman get to know their class and learn about CRUSY.
Fall Kinnus* Fall Kinnus is the shortest convention for it only lasts three days. We celebrate Shabbat, embrace our "ruach" - spirit - and have an incredible time.
Specialty Kinnus* This convention is geared towards having an awesome time while volunteering and giving back to the larger community. Arriving Thursday night, Friday is a day where volunteer work is completed all around the host city. This could include cleaning up, helping others, beautifying the city, or working with diverse populations. The best part is working together to heal the world - "tikkun olam" - to make it better for others. After volunteering a classic CRUSY convention is held.
Regional Convention One of the last conventions of the year, this is when elections are held for next year's Regional Executive Board. Additionally, this is the Seniors' last ever CRUSY experience, making this weekend all the more meaningful. The "ruach" during this weekend is extra special because the seniors share their cheers. Everything from the past year is wrapped up, passed down, and celebrated. This convention is extremely exciting and important for the whole region.
Senior Retreat This is a convention just for Seniors! It is rumored to be the best one (but only a Senior would know).
International Convention This convention brings together every chapter in every region from all over the world! It includes a pre-convention, often with another region, and then the actual convention. With so many regions, it's got to be great!
